中医护理技术干预儿童抽动-秽语综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医护理技术在儿童抽动秽语综合征中的疗效,为更好地开展中医护理提供依据。方法对2017年1—12月84例收治的抽动秽语综合征的患儿,根据随机对照试验的研究方法,设为观察组和对照组,根据中医辨证分为气郁化火型和脾虚痰聚型。对照组采用常规中药治疗及护理;观察组除常规使用中药治疗外,运用中医护理技术干预及护理。观察2组临床疗效。结果运用中医护理干预观察组显效27例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为88.09%,临床疗效显著,与对照组疗效69.04%相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理技术干预治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征疗效肯定,患者满意度高,依从性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the intervention of Tourette syndrome in children,and to provide a basis for better development of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From January to December of 2017,84 children with Tourette syndrome in the pediatrics department of our hospital were selected as observation group and control group according to the research method of randomized controlled trial.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,they were classified into qi stagnation type.The spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type were treated with conventional Chinese medicine and nursing in the control group.In addition to the conventional Chinese medicine treatment,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.The clinical effect was observed.Results In the observation group,27 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.09%.Comparing with the control group(69.04%),the total effective rate of the observation group was significantl higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM nursing technology intervention Tourette syndrome in children is positive,has high satisfaction and good compliance,and it is worthy of clinical application.
