摘 要:目的探讨无线连续电子体温监测在NICU危重患者体温测量中的有效性,为改进危重新生儿的体温监测方法提供科学依据。方法抽取30例入住我院NICU的危重患儿,采用同期自身对照方法分别使用无线电子体温计测量腋温、水银体温计测量腋温、心电监护仪测量肛温,比较不同测量部位和方法的结果差异,比较三种测温方法在时段内检出异常体温的次数、三种测温方法每日所需护理耗时。结果三种测温方式测得的温度呈高度正相关(P <0. 05),且一致性好。持续监测与定时测量检出的异常体温次数比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P <0. 01)。三种方法每日测温所需护理时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论无线电子体温计持续测温准确、安全,节省了护理工作时间,提高了工作效率。连续监测体温比定时测量体温能提早发现患者的体温异常情况,可为及时诊疗提供依据。Objective To explore the effectiveness of wireless continuous electronic temperature monitoring in the temperature measurement of NICU critically ill patients,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the temperature monitoring method of critically ill neonates.Methods Thirty critically ill children in NICU of intensive care were selected as the study population.The axillary temperature was measured with both wireless electronic thermometer and mercury thermometer at the same time.The ECG monitor was used to measure the anus temperature.The results of three methods were compared.We also compared the number of abnormal body temperature detection and daily nursing time-consuming among the three methods. Results The temperature measured by the three methods was highly positively correlated with good consistency( P < 0. 05). There was a significant difference between the number of abnormal body temperature detected by the continuous monitoring and the regular measurement( P < 0. 05).The nursing time required by the three methods for daily temperature measurement was significantly different( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The continuous temperature measurement by the wireless electronic thermometer is accurate and safe,which can save the nursing work time and improve the work efficiency.The continuous monitoring of body temperature can detect the abnormal body temperature of patients earlier than the regular temperature measurement,which can provide a basis for timely diagnosis and treatment.
