摘　　要：目的探究分层护理模式在传染病病房的护理质量的提升方面的应用效果。方法选取于该院2017年6月—2018年6月期间在职的52名护理人员为该次研究的主要对象,其中男性2名,女性50名,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规护理管理模式,实验组采取分层管理模式,观察对比两组护理人员的自我满意度。结果根据该次研究结果显示,对照组护理人员的自我总满意度为69.23%(18/26),实验组护理人员的自我总满意度为96.15%(25/26),实验组的自我总满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层护理模式在传染病病房的护理质量的提升方面具有重要的意义,可以激发护理人员工作的热情,更好的满足患者需求,改善患者的心理状态,提高整体的护理质量,值得临床的推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of stratified nursing mode in the improvement of nursing quality in infectious disease wards.Methods A total of 52 nursing staff who were employed in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the main subjects of this study,including 2 males and 50 females,randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted the routine nursing management mode,and the experimental group adopted the stratified management mode to observe and compare the self-satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff.Results According to the results of this study,the total self-satisfaction of the nursing staff in the control group was 69.23%(18/26),and the total self-satisfaction of the nursing staff in the experimental group was 96.15%(25/26).Satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stratified nursing model plays an important role in improving the quality of nursing in infectious disease wards.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing staff,better meet the needs of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,improve the overall quality of care,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
