某高校新生军训期间运动性晕厥的原因分析及防治措施

摘　　要：目的分析讨论高校新生在军训期间发生运动性晕厥的具体原因和解决对策。方法选取该校2016年8月—2018年9月本科新生11 491名,均于新入学时参加统一要求模式的军训。统计发生运动性晕厥人数,并分析晕厥发作原因,提出具体解决方案。结果从2016年开始,军训期间运动性晕厥发生率基本持平,其中,女生晕厥发生率明显高于男生,城市生长环境学生晕厥发生率明显高于农村生长环境学生,BMI指数异常学生晕厥发生率明显高于BMI指数正常学生(P<0.05)。对所有出现运动性晕厥新生进行调查,发现军训前均无任何疾病,其中,天气闷热和未放松立刻进行剧烈运动产生运动性晕厥人数较多。对281例运动性晕厥新生进行现场急救后恢复运动能力的有265例,占94.31%,其余16例新生转往校医院继续治疗观察,均于当天康复离院返训。结论通过以上分析,为预防运动性晕厥发生,需要进行积极训练,并且在军训期间做好预防措施,使新生能够渡过军训这一难关。Objective To analyze and discuss the specific causes and solutions for the occurrence of exercise syncope in college students during military training.Methods A total of 11 491 undergraduate students from August 2016 to September 2018 were selected.They all participated in the uniform training mode at the time of new enrollment.The number of people with exercise syncope was counted,and the causes of syncope were analyzed,and specific solutions were proposed.Results From 2016,the incidence of exercise syncope was basically the same during military training.Among them,the incidence of syncope in girls was significantly higher than that of boys.The incidence of syncope in urban growth environment was significantly higher than that in rural environment,and the incidence of syncope in students with abnormal BMI index,significantly higher than the normal BMI index(P<0.05).All the newly diagnosed sports syncopes were found to have no disease before the military training.Among them,the weather was sultry and unrelaxed,and the vigorous exercise immediately produced more people with exercise syncope.There were 265 cases of 281 cases of exercise syncope freshmen who resumed exercise after on-the-spot emergency,accounting for 94.31%.The remaining 16 cases new students were transferred to the school hospital for further treatment and observation.Conclusion Through the above analysis,in order to prevent the occurrence of sports syncope,active training is needed,and preventive measures are taken during military training to enable new students to overcome the difficulty of military training.
