阿托伐他汀联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效性。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月该院收治的188例2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组94例,对照组使用胰岛素治疗,以此为基础,观察组受试者联合使用阿托伐他汀,分析结果。结果对照组治疗有效率为77.66%,观察组为92.55%。和对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组受试者的血浆粘度、HDC-L、LDL-C、TG、TC、血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组血浆粘度、HDC-L、LDL-C、TG、TC改善更为显著(P<0.05)。两组受试者治疗前后心肌酶、肾脏功能、肝脏功能不存在显著变化。观察组受试者1例头痛以及1例消化不良,未对受试者后续治疗造成影响。结论对于2型糖尿病眼底病变的患者,以胰岛素为基础使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,能够取得满意效果。此药物安全性高,有效性强。对于治疗高血脂非增生性糖尿病眼底病变,有着显著疗效,因此使得进一步在临床中推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with insulin in type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 188 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups,94 in each group.The control group was treated with insulin.The observation group subjects used atorvastatin in combination to analyze the results.Results The effective rate of the control group was 77.66%,and that of the observation group was 92.55%.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly more effective(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma viscosity,HDC-L,LDL-C,TG,TC,and blood glucose between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the plasma viscosity,HDC-L,LDL-C,TG,TC in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of subjects before and after treatment,myocardial enzymes,kidney function,there was no significant change in liver function.One subject in the observation group had a headache and one had dyspepsia,which did not affect the subsequent treatment of the subject.Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetic fundus lesions,the use of atorvastatin for insulin-based treatment can achieve satisfactory results.This drug is safe and effective.It has a significant effect on the treatment of hyperlipidemic non-proliferative diabetic fundus lesions,thus making it further popularized in the clinic.
