超声引导下穿刺活检对艾滋病合并恶性淋巴瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下颈部淋巴结穿刺活检对艾滋病合并恶性淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法:42例临床疑似合并恶性淋巴瘤的艾滋病患者同时行颈部淋巴结超声引导下穿刺活检及手术切除病理检查,对2种病理检查结果进行分析。结果:42例中,超声引导下颈部淋巴结穿刺活检的取材满意率为95.24%,对恶性淋巴瘤诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确率分别为90.6%、100.0%、92.9%。结论:超声引导下淋巴结穿刺活检诊断艾滋病合并恶性淋巴瘤的准确度高,并发症低,操作安全快捷,是临床诊断艾滋病合并恶性淋巴瘤的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound guided cervical lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis of AIDS with malignant lymphoma.Methods:Forty-two cases of AIDS patients with suspected malignant lymphoma underwent ultrasound guided cervical lymph node biopsy and pathological examination after surgical resection,and the results of the two methods were analyzed.Results:In 42 patients with AIDS,the rate of satisfaction with the ultrasound guided cervical lymph node biopsy was 95.24%,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma were 90.6%,100%,and 92.9%,respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided lymph node biopsy is an effective and safe method for clinical diagnosis of AIDS with malignant lymphoma with high accuracy and low complications.
