摘  要:目的探讨回馈教学对开胸手术患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性与并发症的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的开胸手术患者80例,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规教育,观察组患者接受回馈教学教育。比较两组患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性、并发症发生率、拔管时间、疼痛程度。结果观察组患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者肺不张、胸腔积液、切口感染并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者拔管时间明显短于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论回馈教学可显著改善开胸手术患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性,减少并发症发生率,缓解疼痛,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of feedback teaching on respiratory function training compliance and complications in patients undergoing thoracotomy.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with thoracotomy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine education,while the observation group was given feedback education.The respiratory function training compliance,complication rate,extubating time,and pain level were compared between the two groups.Results The respiratory function training compliance in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of atelectasis,pleural effusion,and incision infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The extubating time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain level in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback teaching can improve the compliance of respiratory function exercise in patients undergoing thoracotomy significantly.In addition,it can reduce the incidence of complications,and relieve the pain of patients,which was worth popularizing.
