摘　　要：目的探讨应用综合护理干预对胃癌根治术后化疗患者心理状态及依从性的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2018年5月我院收治的胃癌根治术后化疗患者70例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预,干预前后采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS,SDS)评估两组心理状态,比较两组化疗依从性。结果观察组患者化疗依从性高于对照组(P<0. 05);干预后两组患者SAS,SDS评分低于干预前(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预能满足胃癌根治术后化疗患者多角度、多方面护理需求,有利于改善其心理状态,提高其化疗依从性。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the psychological state and compliance of chemotherapy patients after radical gastrectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients underwent chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Before and after the intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups.And the chemotherapy compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The chemotherapy compliance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can meet the multi-angle and multiple nursing needs of patients underwent chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy.Such kind of nursing is beneficial to improve their psychological state and chemotherapy compliance.
