多模式无声语言联合分期匹配有声语言护理在高龄初产妇阴道分娩中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多模式无声语言联合分期匹配有声语言护理在高龄初产妇阴道分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月于我院选择阴道分娩的高龄初产妇82例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为试验组与对照组,对照组给予常规阴道分娩护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予多模式无声语言联合分期匹配有声语言护理,比较两组患者焦虑程度、自然分娩率、并发症发生率。结果护理干预后,试验组焦虑评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用多模式无声语言联合分期匹配有声语言护理对高龄阴道分娩初产妇进行干预,可改善其负性心理状态,提升其自然分娩率,降低其并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode silent language combined with staged matching voiced language nursing in vaginal delivery of elderly parturient women.Methods To select 82 cases of elderly parturient women who chose vaginal delivery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine vaginal delivery nursing,while the study group was given multi-mode silent language combined with staged matching voiced language nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety degree,natural delivery rate and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing intervention,The anxiety score and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-mode silent language combined with staged matching voiced language nursing intervention for vaginal delivery of elderly parturient women can improve their negative psychological state,and increase their natural delivery rate.Meanwhile,such kind of treatment can also reduce the incidence of complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
