摘 要:观察径赛项目大学生运动员赛前焦虑与应对策略的现状,以及探讨两者之间是否存在着相关性。研究选取参加2016年第十六届全国大学生径赛锦标赛的运动员,共149人(男生68人,女生81人)。采用祝蓓里修订的中国常模的运动竞赛状态焦虑量表(CSAI-2)以及钟伯光等人编制的"中国运动员应激应对量表"作为测量工具。采用独立样本t检验、方差分析、相关分析以及回归分析等统计方法对数据进行分析后,发现径赛项目大学生运动员的赛前焦虑和应对策略在学校类别(t=-3.02;P<0.01)、城乡生源(t=-3.17;P<0.01)和运动水平(国家一级-国家二级I-J=1.73,国家一级-业余I-J=3.57;P<0.05)上存在差异。径赛项目大学生运动员的赛前焦虑和应对策略部分相关,径赛项目大学生运动员的应对策略可以预测赛前焦虑,其中,问题应对策略是预测认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑和状态自信心的主导因素。To observe the status quo of pre-competition anxiety and coping strategies of college athletes in track events,and to explore the correlation between them,a total of 149 athletes were selected to take part in the track and field events of the 15th college students in Zhejiang province(male 68,female 81).The competitive state anxiety inventory-2(CSAI-2)in Chinese norm,which was revised by Zhu Beili,and the coping scale for Chinese athletes that developed by Chung Pak Kwong et.al,were used as measuring tools.Through independent sample t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analyses,it was found that the competition anxiety and coping strategies were different in school category(t=-3.02;P<0.01),urban and rural students(t=-3.17;P<0.01)and sports level(national first grade-national second grade I-J=1.73,national first grade-amateurs I-J=3.57;P<0.05).The athletes'pre-competition anxiety and coping strategies in the track events are partly related,the coping strategies of the athletes in the track events can predict the pre-competition anxiety,in which the problem coping strategies are the leading factors of predicting cognitive state anxiety,somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence.
