知识产权保护对新兴经济体贸易的影响——基于贸易引力模型的扩展

摘　　要：以新兴经济体11个国家为实证样本,使用引力方程考察双方知识产权保护对贸易的影响。运用随机效应、广义最小二乘法和最大似然估计法进行回归,结果表明:对新兴经济体而言,其自身知识产权保护及其贸易伙伴国的知识产权保护均会对其进出口贸易产生阻碍作用;贸易伙伴国的收入水平会制约知识产权保护对新兴经济体贸易的影响。新兴经济体的知识产权保护水平阻碍大部分国家的贸易,但对于低收入国家,则会有显著的促进作用,而贸易伙伴国的知识产权保护水平大部分阻碍贸易,一部分无显著影响。Taking emerging economies of 11 countries as samples,this article uses gravity equation to investigate the influence of intellectual property protection on trade and applies random effects,generalized least squares method and the maximum likelihood estimation method to make regression,the results show that for emerging economies,intellectual property protection for themselves or for the trade partners would hinder their import and export trade.The income level of trading partners would restrict the influence of intellectual property protection on trade of emerging economies.Intellectual property protection level of emerging economies would block the trade for most of countries,but would have a significant role in promoting trade for low-income countries.Most of the intellectual property protection level of trading partners holds back trade,and some have no obvious effect.
