摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴是深化农业供给侧结构性改革的重要目标。文中基于战略改革视角,分别从财务、顾客、内部过程、学习与创新四个层面对农产品物流建立平衡计分卡模型,丰富了有关物流企业绩效评价方法的研究,对提升农产品物流水平有重要意义。Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way is an important goal of deepening the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture.Based on the perspective of strategic reform,this paper establishes a balanced scorecard model for agricultural products logistics from the four levels of finance,customer,internal process,learning and innovation.The article enriches the research on logistics enterprise performance evaluation methods and is important for improving the logistics level of agricultural products significance.
