摘 要:带传动是一种重要的机械传动形式,张紧力大小是保证带传动正常工作的重要因素。在基于自由振动固有频率测量张紧力方面,国内外的专利和产品较多,缺乏相应的基础理论研究。在考虑带抗弯刚度的情况下,将张紧的带简化为两端简支的索,理论解析出带张紧力与带自由振动固有频率的理论关系式,用于计算带的张紧力;设计了带固有频率的测试系统,对理论关系式进行了实验验证,并根据实验数据对理论关系式进行修正,得到了修正系数的计算式,提高了理论计算式的精度。研究结果表明,基于频率计算张紧力的方法可行,理论关系式及修正系数为基于频率法设计张紧力测量装置提供了理论依据。Belt drive is an important form of mechanical transmission,tension force is an important factor to ensure that if the belt drive can behave normally. There are many patents and products,and lack of the corresponding basic theoretical research in terms of the tension measured by the natural frequency of free vibration. Considering the buckling stiffness,the tensioned belt is simplified as the simply supported cable at both ends. The theoretical relationship between the tensioning force and the natural frequency with free vibration is analyzed theoretically. The experimental system is designed with the natural frequency.The theoretical formula is validated and the theoretical relation is modified according to the experimental data. The calculation formula of the correction coefficient is obtained and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula is improved. The results show that the method of calculating the tension force based on the frequency is feasible,the theoretical relation and the correction coefficient provide the theoretical basis for the design of the tension measuring device based on the frequency method.
