摘 要:为了改善防爆柴油机的燃烧和排放特性,在一台防爆改造后的柴油机上,进气道喷射甲醇,缸内直喷聚甲氧基二甲醚,研究甲醇质量比对聚甲氧基二甲醚/甲醇预混合引燃模式的影响。试验结果表明:采用聚甲氧基二甲醚/甲醇预混合引燃模式的防爆柴油机,随着甲醇质量比增加,燃烧始点晚于采用单燃料压燃模式时的燃烧始点,但是燃烧速度快,压升率峰值升高,放热率曲线呈现单峰形,放热率峰值与原机相比提高142%。同时,随着甲醇质量比增大预混合引燃模式对NO_x和碳烟排放的trade-off关系明显缓解,当质量比大于40%时,与原机单燃料模式相比碳烟和NO_x排放大幅降低。In order to improve the combustion and emission characteristics of explosion-proof diesel engine,an experiment was undertaken on modified diesel engine to study the effects of different methanol mass proportion on combustion and emission characteristics with Methanol/PODEn premixed charge induced ignition mode through injecting methanol to the intake port and injecting polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers to the cylinder. The results show that with increasing methanol mass proportion,the combustion start point of Methanol/PODEn premixed combustion mode is later than that of original machine single-fuel combustion mode,but the combustion rate of the former is faster and the rate of pressure rise is higher than that of the latter. The heat release rate of the former is single peak surve and and the maximum rate of instantaneous is higher than that of the latter by 142%. The compound combustion mode can alleviate the trade-off relationship between NO_x and soot emission with increasing methanol mass proportion,and when the proportion is greater than 40%,the soot and NO_x emissions is significantly reduced.
