摘  要:对受移动质量载荷作用的梁的振动规律进行精确研究,一直以来是振动领域的难点问题。以移动弹丸激励下的身管为研究对象,基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论,建立了具有一般性的移动质量-悬臂梁耦合振动方程。根据模态叠加原理,采用广义坐标变换的方式编写了分析程序,求解移动质量载荷作用下的悬臂梁振动。该方法计算量小,精度高。在ABAQUS软件中建立有限元模型,通过联合ADAMS软件刚柔耦合数值分析验证了求解结果。最后,讨论了不同弹丸速度和弹丸质量对炮口处的振动影响规律。结果表明,炮口振动幅值随弹丸速度的增大而减小,随弹丸质量的增大而增大。该建模计算方法,亦可应用于移动质量载荷作用下的悬臂梁振动以及其它相关工程振动问题的求解。The accurate study of the vibration law of the beam subjected to the moving mass load has always been a difficult problem in the vibration field. Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,a general moving mass-cantilever coupled vibration equation is established in this paper. According to the modal superposition principle, the generalized coordinate transformation method is used to compute the analytical program to solve the equation. The method has the advantages of small calculation amount and high precision. The finite element model is established in the ABAQUS software,the results of the solution are verified by numerical analysis of rigid and flexible coupling of ADAMS software. Finally,the influence of different motion parameters on the vibration of the muzzle is discussed,and the quantitative analysis results are given. The results show that the amplitude of muzzle vibration decreases with the increase of projectile velocity and increases with the mass of the projectile.
