摘 要:针对四周均存在折弯成形的特殊金属制件在冲压成形过程中存在的技术难题,对此类特殊金属制件的冲压工艺性进行了深入的分析,确定了工艺方案及排样设计方案,并提出一种基于机械手送料的级进冲压方法。通过优化模具结构、分析送料机械手的动作原理,合理协调送料机械手、模具、冲床三者之间的配合关系,实现特殊金属制件的基于机械手送料的级进冲压成形。经试模生产验证,该工艺方法合理,产品质量稳定,可为类似金属制件的模具结构设计及其批量制造提供参考。Aiming at the technical problems in the forming process of the special metal parts with bending forming around,the stamping process of the special metal parts was analyzed deeply,the process scheme and the layout were determined,and the solution of progressive stamping based on automatic feeding was proposed. The structure and action theory of the feeding manipulator were analyzed,and the design process that the die cooperating with the feeding manipulator and the press were deduced. The practical test shows that the progressive process with automatic feeding is reasonable and the parts of volume product are stable. It can be used as reference for the die structure design and mass production of similar metal parts.
