摘 要:针对分布式能源系统风力发电的应用,提出了一种偏转式永磁同步风力发电机。介绍了偏转式永磁同步风力发电机的基本工作原理,并根据经验计算确定电机的结构尺寸。通过利用三维有限元建模仿真,分析了风力发电机的磁场云图、自转转矩和偏转转矩,并利用解析法对气隙磁场进行分析计算。另外,还对发电机在偏转前和偏转后的电压、电流、磁链及反电势波形及其谐波做了对比分析。分析结果表明,偏转前后,风力发电机的特性影响不大,可短暂工作在偏转状态以实现初步转向调节,为分布式能源风力发电机的研究和该类发电机的优化提供了新的思路和参考。A deflection type permanent magnet synchronous wind generator is proposed for the application of wind power generation in distributed energy system. In this paper,the basic working principle of the deflection type permanent magnet synchronous wind generator was introduced,and the structure size was proposed according to the experience and calculation.The magnetic field cloud picture,the rotation torque and the deflection torque of the wind turbine are analyzed by modeling and simulation in the software of 3D FEA,and the air gap magnetic field was calculated by the analytical method. In addition,the voltage,current,flux,back EMF and those FFT spectrum of the generator working in the deflection before and after are compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that the characteristics of wind turbine are not changed much after deflection,and the generator can operated under the status of deflection shortly to implement the rotation adjustment preliminarily,which provides new ideas and reference for the research of distributed energy generation and optimization of this kind of generators.
