摘 要:结合某钢排架结构厂房抽柱改造的实例,介绍了格构式排架柱抽柱厂房三维空间分析的计算原则和内容,并分析了抽柱对排架柱柱列受力影响的特点。抽柱结构的三维整体空间分析更接近于结构实际受力情况,分析结果较传统的选取平面计算单元的方法更加精确。Combining with a column-removing alteration example, the paper introduced the calculation principles and contents of three-dimensional analysis about a industrial plant with lattice bent frame column, which has been removed one or more columns in some places, and then analyzed the characteristics of stress state of bent frame structure’s columns when removing some columns.The results showed that the integral three-dimensional analysis was closer to the condition of the realistic structures,and the results were more accurate when compared to the traditional method which choosen plane calculation units. It is hoped that the proposed three-dimensional calculation method of column-removing bent frame structure in the paper can provide postive reference for the integral calculation and analysis of column-removing alteration in the future.
