摘　　要：通过对4,4-二氯-2-羟基二苯醚紫外吸收光谱的分析,选择较佳检测波长,建立了高效液相色谱法测定洗涤剂中4,4-二氯-2-羟基二苯醚含量的方法。实验结果表明:标准溶液在4~220mg·mL^-1内呈线性相关,回收率为100.6%~101.6%。By analyzing the 4,4-Dichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether ultraviolet absorption spectrum and choosing the best detection wavelength,a method for the determination of 4,4-Dichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether in detergent was established by HPLC.The experimental results show that the standard solution is linearly related to 4-220mg·mL^-1,with recovery rate between 100.6%and 101.6%.
