新时代背景下我国专业社会工作健康发展的基本内涵与推进路径

摘　　要：专业社会工作的健康发展是新时代社会治理创新和社会主要矛盾化解的重要载体。目前,我国专业社会工作的健康发展仍然面临着边界异化、专业主义、物本主义等隐形偏差倾向;而专业社会工作的健康发展需要秉持共建共享、权利、以人民为中心等核心理念。建议从"一个中心、三个维度"及各个维度之间的内在逻辑来厘清专业社会工作健康发展的基本内涵,以构筑伦理价值体系、打造学科话语体系、创设协同融入机制、建设法规制度体系作为推进我国专业社会工作健康发展的路径。The healthy development of the professional social work is the important carrier of social governance innovation and resolution of the principal social contradictions in the new era.At present,the healthy development of the professional social work in China is still faced with several invisible biases,such as boundary alienation,professionalism,materialism and so on.The healthy development of the professional social work needs to adhere to the core concepts of the joint contribution and shared benefits,rights and peopleorientation.From the idea of“one center,three dimensions”and the internal logic among the dimensions,this paper clarifies the connotations of the healthy development of the professional social work,and proposes that we should construct the ethical value system,disciplinary discourse system,the mechanism of collaborative integration,and law and regulation system,to further promote the healthy development of professional social work.
