摘  要:硅胶、活性氧化铝、及13X分子筛是广泛应用的固体吸附材料,为探寻三种材料吸附过程中的湿迁移的特点,搭建了常温吸附除湿、高温脱附再生的实验研究平台,分析了吸湿量、吸湿速率、再生量、再生速率等随时间变化的规律。研究结果表明:1)三种吸附剂吸湿量均随时间呈对数递减变化;硅胶的吸湿量是活性氧化铝的1.85倍,分子筛的吸湿量是氧化铝的1.49倍;2)三种吸附剂再生初始阶段再生速率波动较大,后逐渐趋于平稳,最后达到完全再生;3)硅胶、活性氧化铝及13X分子筛前三个小时内再生速率较快,三小时内的再生量分别为153.14 g kg、104.18g kg、82.88g kg,占总量的60.7%、73.7%、65.3%;4)相同再生温度下(60℃),硅胶、活性氧化铝、13X分子筛的再生率依次递减,且硅胶的再生率是13X分子筛的1.78倍,活性氧化铝的再生率是13X分子筛的1.56倍。Silica gel,activated alumina and 13X molecular sieve are widely used as solid adsorption materials.In order to explore the characteristics of wet migration in the adsorption process of the three materials,an experimental research platform for dehumidification adsorption at room temperature and desorption regeneration at high temperature was set up.The results show that:1)the moisture absorption of the three adsorbents changes logarithmically with time.The moisture absorption of silica gel is 1.85 times of that of activated alumina,and the moisture absorption of molecular sieve is 1.49 times of that of alumina.2)the regeneration rate of the three adsorbents fluctuated greatly in the initial stage of regeneration,and gradually leveled off,finally reaching complete regeneration;3)the regeneration rate of silica gel,activated alumina and 13X molecular sieve is relatively fast within the first three hours.The regeneration rate in the first three hours is 153.14 g/g,104.18g/kg and 82.88 g/kg respectively,accounting for 60.7%,73.7%and 65.3%of the total.4)the same regeneration temperature(60℃),silica gel,activated alumina,13 x molecular sieve regeneration rate is decreasing,and silica gel regeneration rate is 1.78 times that of the 13 x molecular sieve,activated alumina is 13 x molecular sieve regeneration rate of 1.56 times.
