摘 要:以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,多乙烯多胺为交联剂,制备了一种阳离子聚季铵盐类絮凝剂。通过考察与无机絮凝剂(聚合铝、聚合铁、聚合铝铁)不同质量比复合,以除油率为主要考察指标,研究其对其净水效果的影响。实验结果表明,聚季铵盐与聚合铝铁在质量比为1∶2的条件下复合,絮凝剂净水效果最好。通过对优选出的复合絮凝剂在渤海某油田开展现场试验,以水系统各级出口水质含油情况为主要指标,考察该药剂在不同浓度下的使用效果,并与现场在用药剂进行对比。结果表明,试验药剂与现场在用药剂加注浓度相同(17mg/L)时,水系统各级出口水质有所改善,核桃壳过滤器压差保持平稳,缓冲罐出口水质良好,平均含油值低于10 mg/L。Using dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin as raw material,polyethylene polyamine as cross-linking agent,was generated one type of polyamine cationic flocculant.By viewing the weight ratio completion of inorganic-flocculant (polymeric aluminum,polymeric iron,poly-alumina iron) and using the oil removal as evaluation index,study above-mention aspects effects on flocculation for wastewater.The finding showed that flocculent is the best condition on flocculation for wastewater with the weight ratio completion for polyamine and poly-alumina iron of 1:2.By testing the selected complex flocculant in Bohai area,the O/W in each outlets of water system as main index,observe the such agent performance under different concentration,and compare with agent in use.The resulted indicated that when concentration of filling for tested agent and agent in-used was the same(17mg/L),the water quality in each outlets of water system has been better than before,the pressure different for walnut shell filter keep stable,the outlets water of surge vessel was fine,and average O/W was lower than 10ppm.
