家庭开放式产房模式对降低新生儿剖宫产发生率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析讨论采用家庭开放式产房模式对降低新生儿剖宫产发生率的具体效果和实际价值。方法选取本院2016年12月～2017年12月可进行顺产产妇82例,采用随机数字表法将其均分为两组,每组41例,对照组给予孕妇常规护理模式;观察组给予家庭开放式产房模式。比较两组孕妇分娩方式、产程和产后出血量。结果护理后,观察组顺产意向和最终选择顺产明显高于对照组,P <0.05;且观察组顺产顺利明显高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组产程和产后出血量明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结论通过家庭开放式产房模式能够提升孕妇对顺产的选择率,而且提升顺产顺利率,减少产程和产后出血量,有助于孕妇正常妊娠,可在临床上进行推广使用。Objective To analyze and discuss the specific effects and practical value of application of the open family delivery room mode in reducing the incidence of neonatal cesarean section. Methods 82 puerpera who had natural birth in in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The first group was the control group and the routine nursing mode was given to pregnant women.The second groups was the observation group and they were given the open family delivery room mode.The delivery mode,labor process and postpartum blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the intention of natural birth and the final choice of natural birth in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P < 0.05.In addition,the smooth rate of natural delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P < 0.05.The labor process and postpartum blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The open family delivery room mode can improve the selection rate of natural birth of pregnant women,improve the smooth rate of natural delivery,reduce labor process and postpartum blood loss and help pregnant women to have normal pregnancy.It can be clinically promoted and applied.
