全面护理在宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜检查术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全面护理在宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜检查术中的应用效果,为临床诊疗患者提供可行性借鉴。方法采用临床医学研究实验对比法,选取我院2017年1～12月收治的60例宫腔粘连患者,按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者30例,行常规药物普通护理。观察组患者30例,在对照组护理的基础上,增加宫腔镜检查术中全面护理,临床比较和观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理疗效率90.00%(27/30),明显高于对照组护理疗效率73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的手术一次成功率、术后月经改变率100.00%(30/30)、73.33%(22/30)均显著高于对照组90.00%(27/30)、53.33%(16/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),手术时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),术中出血量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),术后并发症发生率10.00%(3/30)显著低于对照组26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全面护理在宫腔粘连患者行宫腔镜检查术中的应用效果确切,且具有较高的宫腔镜术配合效率,值得大力推广实施。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in hysteroscopy in patients with intrauterine adhesions and to provide a practical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods Sixty patients with intrauterine adhesions who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected according to the experimental comparison method in clinical medical research.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.30 patients in the control group were given routine drug nursing while 30 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing in hysteroscopy on basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were clinically compared and observed. Results The nursing efficacy rate of observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%(22/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The success rate of primary operation and the change rate of menstruation after operation in the observation group were 100.00%(30/30) and 73.33%(22/30)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group 90.00%(27/30)and 53.33%(16/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 10.00%(3/30),significantly lower than that of the control group 26.67%(8/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
