摘 要:采用数值模拟的方法,对KR14-337型热采井口装置进行全尺寸热-流-固强度计算,分析其流场、温度场以及应力场。基于弹性分析评价准则,对其主要的承压部件(上法兰、阀体、油管头四通、小四通、螺栓)进行了安全评定。结果表明:该热采井口装置中压力波动并不大,可以看作为均匀内压。阀体和小四通位置存在较大的温度梯度,强度校核时必须考虑不均匀温度场所产生的热应力。主要承压部件中,上法兰和螺栓处的安全裕量较小,在以后的在役检测评价过程中应给予特别关注,以保证设备长周期安全稳定运行。The heat-flow-solid strength for the KR14-337 thermal wellhead equipment was calculated based on the method of numerical simulation. The fields of flow, temperature and stress were analyzed comprehensively. The safety assessment of several main pressure-bearing components (upper flange, valve body, tubing head cross, small cross, lower flange, bolt) were performed based on the elastic evaluation criteria. The results show that the pressure of thermal wellhead equipment can be regarded as uniform inner pressure as no significant fluctuation was observed. A large temperature gradient was found at the valve body and the small four-way position, which indicates that the thermal stress generated by the uneven temperature field should be considered in the strength assessment. Among the main pressure-bearing parts, the safety margin of the upper flange and the bolt is minor, which indicates the special attention is required for the in-service inspection and evaluation of those components to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in a long period.
