摘 要:本文针对实际工程常用的美国标准ASME PTC 4.3—1968和ASME PTC 4.3—2017中关于空气预热器性能计算方法的区别进行了分析,详细比较了空气预热器漏风率计算及修正、烟气阻力修正的差异。试验案例计算结果表明:2个标准计算的空气预热器漏风率结果相对偏差值为2.06%,得空气预热器漏风率修正值的相对值偏差为12.73%,烟气阻力修正值的相对值偏差为22.91%;如果将ASME PTC 4.3—1968标准修正公式中烟气量改成基于每小时计量,则2个标准计算的漏风率修正值的相对值偏差为2.62%,烟气阻力修正值的相对值偏差为1.28%。The differences of air heaters performance calculation method between ASME PTC 4.3 1968 and ASME PTC 4.3 2017 are discussed, and the difference in calculation and correction of percent air heater leakage, as well as correction of flue gas resistance, are compared in detail. The calculation results of the performance test case show that, the relative deviation of the percent air heater leakage calculated by the two standards is 2.06%, and the relative deviation of the percent air heater leakage corrected by the two standards is 12.73%, and the relative deviation of flue gas resistance corrected by the two standards is 22.91%. If the amount of flue gas in the correction formula is changed to be based on hourly in ASME PTC 4.3 1968, the relative deviation of the percent air heater leakage corrected by the two standards is 2.62%, and the relative deviation of flue gas resistance corrected by the two standards is 1.28%.
