摘  要:随着火电厂对混煤的使用日益广泛,以煤的发热量、挥发分等工业分析指标作为约束条件的配煤已不能完全满足当前的需求,并且由于在线煤质检测设备的逐步应用使电厂在配煤过程中更加重视入炉混煤的着火、燃尽与结渣等燃烧性能。本文通过建立着火、燃尽与结渣指数的混煤配比关系模型并设置相关约束条件,再基于粒子群优化算法全局寻优,可快速、准确地搜索到满足需求的燃煤配比关系和最优的配煤价格,所配制的混煤不仅能保障电厂锅炉的安全运行,而且可极大地提高燃煤经济性。With the increasingly wide utilization of blended coal in coal-fired power plants, coal blending under constraints of industrial analysis indexes such as caloric value and volatile content cannot meet the current demand. Moreover, with the gradual application of on-line coal analyzer, the combustion performance of blended coals including ignition, burnout and slagging has attracted much more attentions in coal blending process. In this paper, the relationship model between combustion performance and blending proportion of coal is established, and the relevant constraints are set. Then, on the basis of global optimization based on particle swarm optimization algorithm, the cheapest coal blending solution that meets all set constraints can be found rapidly and exactly. The prepared coal mixture can not only guarantee the safe operation of the boiler in power plant, but also greatly improve the economy of burning blended coal.
