助产士主导镇痛分娩管理模式在产科护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨助产士主导镇痛分娩管理模式对产程时间、分娩疼痛和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月收治的45例孕妇为对照组,行常规分娩护理,选取我院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的45例孕妇作为观察组,采用助产士主导镇疼分娩管理方式。比较2组产程时间、分娩疼痛评分、无指征剖宫产率、催产素使用率、新生儿窒息情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组第1、2产程均短于对照组(t=26.029,P<0.001;t=9.447,P=0.018);分娩疼痛评分低于对照组;无指征剖宫产率和新生儿窒息率均低于对照组,对护理工作的满意率高于对照组。结论助产士主导镇痛分娩方式能够有效缓解产妇的分娩疼痛、降低无指征剖宫产率,保障母婴安全,提升护理质量,值得推广。Objective To study the influence of the midwife-led analgesia delivery management mode in the obstetric nursing on the duration of labor,delivery pain and nursing satisfaction.Methods Forty-five pregnant women admitted to our hospital between February 2016 and February 2017 were selected as the observation group,and adopted the midwife-led analgesia delivery management mode.Another 45 counterparts delivering between January 2015 and January 2016 were selected into the control group,and given the routine nursing.The duration of labor stages,the labor pain,the rate of cesarean section without indication,oxytocin utilization and newborns'asphyxia,as well as the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=26.029,P<0.001;t=9.447,P=0.018).The visual analogue scale score,the rate of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia were also significantly lower than those of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion The midwife-led delivery can significantly relieve the labor pain,lower the rate of caesarean section without indication and guarantee the safety of mothers and children,which is worthy of promotion.
