口服羟苯磺酸钙联合和血明目片治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究口服羟苯磺酸钙联合和血明目片治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)的临床效果。方法:根据随机数表法将176例NPDR患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各88例。所有患者均接受降脂、降糖及降压等常规对症治疗,同时对照组患者加服羟苯磺酸钙治疗,研究组患者采用口服羟苯磺酸钙联合和血明目片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后出血吸收时间、血糖水平及治疗效果。结果:研究组出血吸收时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.798,P=0.001);治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平均较治疗前降低,研究组患者低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总显效率为86.4%,高于对照组的65.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服羟苯磺酸钙联合和血明目片治疗NPDR效果显著,能有效调节血糖水平,控制病情进展,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of oral calcium dobesilate combined with HeXueMingMu tablet for the treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Methods:176 cases of patients with NPDR were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,88 cases in each group.All the patients were given lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic and antihypertensive and other conventional symptomatic treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with oral calcium dobesilate,and the patients in the study group were given oral calcium dobesilate combined with HeXueMingMu tablet for treatment.The bleeding absorption time,blood glucose level and treatment effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The bleeding time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( t=12.798,P =0.001).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while those in the study group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 86.4%,which was higher than 65.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Oral calcium dobesilate combined with HeXueMingMu tablet has remarkable effect on NPDR.It can effectively regulate blood sugar level and control the progress of the disease.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
