赛肤润联合贝复剂对乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤防治的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察赛肤润联合贝复剂防治放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:将接受放射治疗的75例乳腺癌患者数表法随机分为实验组、对照组1和对照组2,每组各25例。实验组给予赛肤润联合贝复剂防治放射性皮肤损伤,对照组1仅给予赛肤润,对照组2仅给予贝复剂,观察3组发生放射性皮肤损伤的情况。结果:放射性皮肤损伤实验组发生率为48%,对照组1为72%,对照组2为68%,实验组与对照组1和对照组2比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);3组皮肤损伤发生时的放射剂量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赛肤润联合贝复剂能有效降低放射性皮肤损伤的发生率,其防治效果优于两者单一用药。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sanyrene combined with bFGF on radiodermatitis in patients. Methods:75 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2 ( n =25).The patients who were radiated in the experimental group were treated with Sanyrene and bFGF,while the control group 1 were treated with Sanyrene only.The control group 2 were treated with bFGF only.To observe the radioactive skin lesions in the three groups. Results:The incidence of radiation skin injury was 48% in the experimental group,72% in the control group 1 and 68% in the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).There was significant difference in radiation dosage between the three groups at the time of skin injury ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Sanyrene combined with bFGF can effectively reduce the incidence of radiation-induced skin injury,and its prevention and treatment effect is better than that of the two drugs alone.
