河北省药食同源大豆产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：对河北省药食同源大豆的种植生产情况、加工企业现状进行分析,发现存在的问题,以期提出大豆产业发展的建议。利用文献分析、实地调研和专家访谈的情报分析方法,从大豆种植面积、单产水平、年总产量以及大豆加工企业情况方面,对河北省药食同源大豆产业的发展现状进行分析。结果表明:2009～2016年河北省大豆种植面积呈逐年下滑趋势,从2009年的165 810 hm^2减少到2016年的105 740 hm^2,减少了36.2%;单产水平基本呈平稳增长趋势,2016年单产水平达到了2 332 kg/hm^2;大豆年总产量呈曲线下降趋势,从2009年的284 800 t下降到2016年的246 600 t,其中2015年总产量最低(225 845 t)。河北省大豆加工食用品以初级加工产品和传统加工产品为主,新兴大豆制品品种较少;加工的大豆保健品主要是大豆卵磷脂和大豆低聚糖。河北省大豆加工企业存在着产业链条短、深加工层次较浅、大型龙头企业较少、大豆加工原料不足等问题。并对河北省药食同源大豆产业的发展提出了相应对策。Based on the literature research,field investigation and interview with experts,the development status of medical and edible homologous soybean industry in Hebei Province was analyzed including the planting areas,yield per unit area,anunal total yield and the situation of processing enterprises.The results showed that the planting area of soybean showed a downward trend year by year in 2009-2016,which decreased from 165 810 hm^2 in 2009 to 105 740 hm^2 in 2016,decreasing by 36.2%.The annual total yield of soybean showed a steady growth,which reached 2 332 kg/hm^2 in 2016.However,the annual total yield showed a downward trend,which declined from 284 800 t in 2009 to 246 600 t in 2016,and the lowest was 225 845 t in 2015.The main processed edible soybean products were primary processed products and traditional processed products,while the new processed soybean products were few.The processed soybean health products were mainly soybean lecithin and oligosaccharide.The problems in soybean processing enterprises included the short industrial chain,low deep processing level,few large leading enterprises and lack of soybean processing materials.The suggestions for the development of medical and edible homologous soybean industry in Hebei Province were put forward.
