翳风穴注射VitB_1联合止吐仪刺激内关穴治疗妊娠剧吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗妊娠剧吐的方法。方法将80例妊娠剧吐患者随机分成对照组与治疗组,各40例。两分组患者均进行静脉补液治疗,在此基础上,治疗组取双侧翳风穴各注射VitB_1 100 mg和佩戴法罗适低频止吐仪刺激内关穴;对照组根据不同的症型分别给予青竹茹汤、香砂六君子汤,二方加减,辩证论治。比较两组疗效情况、孕吐停止时间、尿酮体转阴时间以及不良反应发生的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为82.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(χ~2=5.64,P<0.05);治疗组止吐时间及尿酮体转阴时间均短于对照组(t=23.99,36.51;P<0.01);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论翳风穴注射VitB_1联合法罗适低频止吐仪刺激内关穴治疗妊娠剧吐效果显著,起效快,安全性高。Objective To explore treating methods of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods 80 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases each. Patients in both groups were treated with intravenous fluid infusion. On the basis of this, the treatment group took VitB 1 100mg from both sides of the Yifeng point and wore a low-frequency Faro's anti-emetic instrument to stimulate Neiguan points. The control group was given Qingzhurutang and Xiangsha Liujunzitang respectively according to different syndromes. The two parties were added and subtracted dialectically. The curative effect, stopping time of gestational vomiting, conversion time of urinary ketone body to negative, and the occurrence of adverse side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=5.64, P <0.05). The duration of gestational vomiting and urine ketone body conversion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group( t =23.99,36.51;P <0.01);no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion VitB 1 injection at Yifeng point combined with Faro's low-frequency anti-emetic device to stimulate Neiguan point has a significant effect in treating hyperemesis gravitis with quick onset and high safety.
