摘 要:随着近几年电商行业的快速发展,物流配送中心的订单样式也发生着改变,订单种类由大批量、少频次转化为多品种、小批次、多频次,传统电子标签的摘果式拣选方式已经逐渐满足不了这种订单的需求。文中在传统电子标签作业模式基础上对拆零拣选的作业过程进行了优化,采取预拣选的作业方式,方案包括对货架摆放方式的调整、触发拣选作业的模式改变、后期对异常情况处理方式的优化、中间表数据的读取方式等。此方案已在某物流配送中心正式投入使用,取得了节约拣选时间、提高拣选效率的良好效果。With the rapid development of e-commerce industry in recent years,the order pattern of logistics distribution center has also changed.The order type has changed from large-scale and less frequent to multi-variety,small-scale and multi-frequency.The traditional picking method of electronic labels has gradually failed to meet the demand of such orders.Based on the traditional electronic tag operation mode,this paper optimizes the operation process of zero-removal sorting and adopts the pre-sorting operation mode,including the adjustment of shelf placement mode,the mode change of triggering sorting operation,the optimization of handling abnormal situations in the later stage,and the reading mode of intermediate table data,etc.This scheme has been put into use in a logistics distribution center and has achieved good results in saving picking time and improving picking efficiency.
