冷冻及高强度聚焦超声技术对慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒感染治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察冷冻及高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)技术对慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的治疗效果。方法选取于2018年1—8月该院妇科门诊就诊的慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者100例,根据患者自愿原则分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例,使用冷冻技术治疗;对照组50例,使用HIFU技术治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者慢性宫颈炎治疗的总有效率为96%,对照组为76%;观察组患者HPV感染治疗后总有效率为94%,对照组为78%。差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=7.641、6.143,P<0.05)。结论冷冻治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床效果更佳。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of frozen and high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection who were admitted to the gynaecology clinic of our hospital from January to August 2018 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group according to the voluntary principle.50 patients in the observation group were treated with cryotherapy;50 patients in the control group were treated with HIFU technique.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment for chronic cervicitis in the observation group was 96%,and that in the control group was 76%.The total effective rate of HPV infection in the observation group was 94%,and that in the control group was 78%.The differences were statistically significant(χ^2=7.641、6.143,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of cryotherapy for chronic cervicitis with HPV infection is better.
