营养治疗联合诺和锐治疗产科门诊妊娠期糖尿病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究医学营养治疗联合诺和锐治疗产科门诊妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。方法随机抽取该院于2015年4月—2018年5月收治的136例产科门诊妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据患者自身意愿分为诺和锐组和联合组,其中诺和锐组66例,联合组70例。诺和锐组采用诺和锐治疗,联合组采用诺和锐联合医学营养治疗干预。观察母婴不良结局发生情况,并对患者孕期体质量、新生儿出生体质量、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖。结果①联合组母婴不良结局发生率(11.43%),诺和锐组母婴不良结局发生率(27.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②联合组孕期体质量、新生儿出生体质量、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖与诺和锐组相比明显要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学营养治疗联合诺和锐治疗产科门诊妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果显著,能够准确降低患者血糖水平,并改善其孕期体质量及新生儿出生体质量,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of medical nutrition therapy combined with Nuoherui in the treatment of obstetric gestational diabetes in obstetrics.Methods A total of 136 obstetric gestational diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to May 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into Nuoherui group and the combined group according to their own wishes.Among them,66 were treated with Nuoherui group.The combined group of 70 cases.Nuoherui group was treated with Nuoherui,and the combined group was treated with Nuoherui combined medical nutrition therapy.Observe the occurrence of maternal and child adverse outcomes,and the patient's body weight during pregnancy,birth weight,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose.Results 1.The incidence of adverse outcomes of maternal and infants in the combined group(11.43%),and the incidence of adverse outcomes in the Nuoherui group(27.27%)the difference was were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The body weight,neonatal birth weight,fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the Nuoherui group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of medical nutrition therapy combined with Nuoherui in the treatment of obstetric gestational diabetes in obstetrics is significant.It can accurately reduce the blood glucose level of patients and improve their body weight during pregnancy and the birth weight of newborns.It has high clinical value.
