摘  要:目的探讨授权教育在糖尿病高危足患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3~6月广东省第二人民医院收治的50例2型糖尿病(T2DM)高危足患者,为患者实施授权教育,并采用糖尿病授权简化量表(DES-SF)和诺丁汉足部护理评估量表(NAFF)评估干预前后患者的授权能力和足部护理能力,以及比较干预前后患者足部一般状况。结果干预后患者授权能力、足部护理能力高于干预前,足部不良状况发生率低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权教育有助于提高糖尿病高危足患者的授权能力和足部护理能力,进而预防糖尿病足的发生,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of authorized education in patients with high risk of diabetic foot.Methods Fifty patients with high risk of diabetic foot were selected in Guangdong Second People's Hospital from March to June in 2017.Authorized education was measured by diabetes empowerment scale-short form(DES-SF)and nottingham foot nursing assessment scale(NAFF)were used to evaluate authorized and foot nursing of patients.Then,the ability of authorized and foot nursing,and foot condition were compared before and after intervention.Results Compared with before intervention,the ability of authorized and foot nursing was higher,and poor outcomes was lower after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Authorized education contributes to improving authorized ability and foot nursing of patients with high risk diabetic foot,preventing diabetic foot,and improving quality of life.
