综合干预护理对老年带状疱疹患者临床效果以及神经疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预护理对老年带状疱疹患者临床效果以及神经疼痛的影响。方法选取2015年5月～2017年7月我院就诊的100例老年带状疱疹患者,按照随机数字表法分为护理组和对照组,每组各50例。护理组给予综合干预护理,对照组给予普通常规护理,观察两组治疗总有效率,护理前后数字疼痛评分(NRS),疱疹结痂时间,简明健康测量量表(SF-36)评分及焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果护理组治疗总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的NRS评分在护理后明显低于护理前,且护理组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组的疱疹结痂时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的SF-36值在护理后明显高于护理前,且护理组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的HAMA评分护理后显著低于护理前,且护理组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预护理能显著提高老年带状疱疹患者的治疗总有效率,加快疱疹结痂,显著缓解疼痛,并能显著提高患者的生活质量,改善心理状况,值得推广应用。Objective To explore effect of comprehensive intervention nursing on clinical effect and neuropathic pain in elderly herpes zoster.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were selected.They were divided into nursing group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The nursing group was given comprehensive intervention nursing,while the control group was given routine care.The total effective rate of treatment,nursing number pain score(NRS),scab formation time of herpes,concise health measurement scale(SF-36)score and anxiety scale(HAMA)score were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the nursing group was 92.0% ,which was higher than that of the control group(76.0% ),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before the care,and the nursing group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scabbing time of herpes in nursing group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scale values of the two groups were significantly higher after care than those before care,and the nursing group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety scale scores of the two groups were significantly lower after care than those before care,and the nursing group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention nursing can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,accelerate herpes zoster,significantly relieve pain,and improve the quality of life of patients and their psychological status,it is worthy of clinical application.
