摘  要:采用qPCR检测Calonectria pseudoreteaudii YA51的MAPK基因在盐胁迫、氧胁迫、细胞壁干扰物质胁迫、桉树组织诱导以及不同发育时期5种条件下的表达情况.结果表明CpKss1参与致病过程,CpKss1、CpSlt2和CpIme2与菌丝生长发育有关,CpKss1、CpHog1和CpIme2参与病菌高渗胁迫反应,CpSlt2参与调控氧胁迫反应和细胞壁完整性,且4个MAPK基因所介导的级联通路间可能存在既相互独立又相互协作的关系.Expression of MAPK genes of Calonectria pseudoreteaudii YA51 under salt stress, H2O2 stress, CFW stress, infection, and at different developmental stages were quantatively analyzed by qPCR. According to the expression levels, CpKss1 is likely to be involved in the regulation of pathogenicity;CpKss1, CpSlt2 and CpIme2 are involved in the mycelial growth and development;CpKss1, CpHog1 and CpIme2 participate under hypertonic condition;CpSlt2 is involved in the maintaining of cell wall integrity and the regulation under H2O2 stress. Furthermore, there were mutually independent and cooperative relationships in the signaling cascades mediated by the 4 genes.
