摘　　要：目的分析在复杂性肾结石临床治疗中球囊扩张经皮肾镜超声+气压弹道碎石术的应用效果。方法方便选择该院于2016年1月—2018年6月期间收治的复杂性肾结石患者74例,以患者入院先后顺序为参考划分为观察组(37例)、对照组(37例),对照组患者接受传统开放式手术治疗,观察组患者接受球囊扩张经皮肾镜超声+气压弹道碎石术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间明显短于对照组患者,治疗后的血清肌酐(Scr)水平低于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(t=8.115,6.973,P<0.05);观察组患者的结石清除率为94.59%,高于对照组患者的72.97%;并发症发生率5.41%,低于对照组患者的21.62%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.365,4.162,P<0.05)。结论对复杂性肾结石患者行球囊扩张经皮肾镜超声+气压弹道碎石术治疗,不仅具有加好的结石清除率,而且可以减少患者出现并发症的风险,改善患者肾功能,具有临床推广使用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of balloon dilatation percutaneous nephrolithotomy+pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the clinical treatment of complicated renal calculi.Methods 74 patients with complicated renal calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in the observation group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases),the control group was treated with the traditional open surgical treatment,the patients in the observation group underwent balloon dilatation percutaneous nephrolithotomy+pneumatic lithotripsy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The serum creatinine(Scr)level after treatment was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.115,6.973,P<0.05).The patient’s stone clearance rate was 94.59%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.97%);the complication rate was 5.41%,which was lower than the control group’s 21.62%.The data difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.365,4.162,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with complicated kidney stones undergoing balloon dilatation percutaneous nephrolithotomy+pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,not only has a good stone removal rate,but also can reduce the risk of complications,improve renal function,and have clinical promotion,with application value.
