阿奇霉素不同用药方案治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素不同用药方案治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年7月—2018年6月该院儿科收治的150例支原体肺炎患儿采取抽签单盲法将其分为A组、B组和C组3组,每组50例,A组患儿给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,B组患儿采取阿奇霉素静脉滴注联合阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗,C组患儿采取阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗。观察三组临床症状改变时间、肝肾功能变化、炎性指标变化及MP抗体滴度变化及不良反应。结果B组患儿嗽消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、体温下降时间均比A组和C组患儿用时更短,且肝肾功能、炎性指标及MP抗体滴度情况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组不良反应8.00%,明显比A组(18.00%)和C组(14.00%)更少(P<0.05)。结论采取阿奇霉素静脉滴注联合阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎,不仅能快速缓解患儿临床症状,提高临床疗效,且不良反应少,对临床治疗具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different regimens of azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 150 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from July 2016 to June 2018 were convenient selected and divided into Group A,group B and group C according to single blind drawing method,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with intravenous infusion of azithromycin.,Group B was treated by Azithromycin intravenous drip combined with Azithromycin Granules orally,Group C were treated with Azithromycin Granules.The changes of clinical symptoms,liver and kidney function,inflammatory index,MP antibody titer and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed.Results The disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of pulmonary signs and the time of hypothermia in group B were shorter than those in group A and C,and the liver and kidney function,inflammatory index and MP antibody titer were better in group B,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in group B were 8.00%,significantly less than those in group A(18.00%)and group C(14.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin intravenous drip combined with Azithromycin granules oral treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,not only can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,improve clinical efficacy,and fewer adverse reactions,has important value for clinical treatment.
