摘　　要：血泡样动脉瘤(BBA)在术野下呈鲜红色血泡样,故称为血泡样动脉瘤。其瘤壁薄而脆弱,仅由菲薄的纤维蛋白外膜和血凝块组成,缺乏弹性内膜及中膜,以严重的蛛网膜下腔出血起病,短期内出血多,病死率高,预后差,故一旦发现应及时治疗,其主要治疗方法包括开颅手术及血管内介入治疗,随着介入技术及材料的提高,血管内介入治疗已逐渐成为BBA主流治疗手段。复习总结相关文献后,就疗BBA血管内介入治进展进行综述。Blood blister-like aneurysms(BBA)are a kind of aneurysms originating from the anterior or superior wall of the upper clinoid segment of the internal carotid artery(ICA),which are rare,small,fragile and broad-based aneurysms with bright red blood vesicles under the surgical field.The tumor wall is thin and fragile,consisting only of thin fibrin adventitia and blood clots,lacking elastic intima and media.It is caused by severe subarachnoid hemorrhage.It has a high mortality and poor prognosis in a short period of time.With the improvement of interventional technology and materials,endovascular interventional treatment has gradually become the mainstream treatment of BBA.After reviewing the relevant literature,we reviewed the progress of interventional therapy of BBA.
