摘 要:目的探讨葡萄酒中山柰酚测定的新方法。方法合成β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDCP),在室温下,pH=7.0时,β-CDCP能快速定量吸附山柰酚(吸附率98.0%);3.0mL,0.1mol/L NaOH-0.1mol/Lβ-环糊精(β-CD)在10min内可脱附山柰酚(洗脱率96.0%)。建立β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDCP)作为固相吸附剂与紫外可见光谱联用分离分析山柰酚新方法。结果在最佳实验条件下,β-CDCP可重复使用30次。该方法的富集倍数为6.7,且具有较好的重现性。线性范围0.20~10.00mg/L,相关系数为0.995 6,相对标准偏差为2.90%,检出限为0.036mg/L。结论建立的方法简单、快速,可用于测定葡萄酒中的山柰酚含量。Objective To establish a novel method for analysis of kaempferol in red wine samples.Methodsβ-Cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer(β-CDCP)were prepared.The kaempferol could be adsorbed onβ-CDCP quickly at room temperature when pH value was 7.0(adsorption efficiency was 98%).The kaempferol could be eluted by 3.0 mL,0.1 mol/L NaOH-0.1 mol/Lβ-CD in 10 min(desorption efficiency was 96%),which was subjected to solid phase extraction followed by combined UV-vis spectrometric analysis.Resluts Under the optimum conditions,theβ-CDCP could be used repeatedly for 30 times.The pre-concentration factor of the proposed method was 6.7 and demonstrated good reproducibility.The linear range was0.20-10.00 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.995 6,the relative standard deviation was 2.90%and the limit of detection was 0.036μg/mL,respectively.Conclution The established method is simple and rapid,which can be applied to the determination of kaempferol in red wine samples.
