带空间角度操纵杆外形尺寸检具设计研究

摘  要:分析了带空间角度操纵杆零件的尺寸特点,针对传统测量方法无法快速准确检测空间位置的问题,提出了一种主要尺寸测量专用检测装置的设计方案。深入研究了被检零件的尺寸要求、检测原理以及检测装置关键结构设计,详细地描述了检测装置操作方法。所设计的尺寸测量专用检测装置结构合理、操作方便,能快速准确地判断被检零件合格与否,大大的提高了带空间角度操纵杆零件尺寸的检测速度,提高检测效率。this paper analyzes the dimensional characteristics of the joystick with spatial Angle.Aiming at the problem that the traditional measurement method cannot detect the spatial position quickly and accurately,a design scheme of a special measurement device for the main dimension measurement is proposed.The dimension requirement,testing principle and key structure design of testing device are studied in detail.The designed special measuring device for dimension measurement is reasonable in structure and convenient in operation,which can quickly and accurately judge whether the part under test is qualified or not.It greatly improves the speed and efficiency of measuring the size of the part with spatial Angle joystick.
