摘　　要：根据第三代核电站用1E级K3类电缆在使用寿命、耐辐射性、阻燃性、无卤低烟等方面的要求,重点从挤出设备、模具选配、工艺温度、工艺控制等方面对绝缘层、隔氧层和护套层的挤出工艺进行探讨。同时,对挤出工序在生产中可能遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出了注意事项和解决措施。According to the requirements of service life, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, halogen?free low smoke for the third?generation nuclear power station grade 1E category K3 cable, the paper introduces the extrusion process of insulation layer, oxygen barrier layer and sheath layer focusing from the aspects of extrusion equipments, dies selection, technology temperature, technology control. Meanwhile, analyze the problems that may be encountered in the production of above extrusion processes, and propose some solutions and precautions.
