透刺法治疗慢性局限性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察透刺法治疗慢性局限性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 59例慢性局限性湿疹患者随机分为透刺组29例和围刺组30例。透刺组以局部透刺为主,围刺组以局部围刺为主。观察两组治疗前后湿疹面积及严重指数(Eczema Area and Severity Index, EASI)评分和VAS评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后EASI评分、VAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组EASI评分总有效率及愈显率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组VAS评分痊愈率及愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透刺和围刺两种针刺方法在改善湿疹皮损症状方面疗效基本相当,透刺止痒起效快且止痒效果更加显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of penetrating needling in treating chronic localized eczema.Method Sixty patients with localized eczema were randomized into a penetrating needling group of 29 cases and an encircling needling group of 30 cases.The penetrating needling group was majorly intervened by penetrating needling in the affected area,and the encircling needling group was majorly treated with encircling needling method.In the two groups,changes in the scores of Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were also compared.Result The scores of EASI and VAS changed significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant between-group differences in the total effective rate and markedly effective rate regarding the EASI score(P>0.05).There were significant betweengroup differences in the total effective rate and markedly effective rate regarding the VAS score(P<0.05).Conclusion Penetrating and encircling needling methods can produce equivalent efficacy in improving eczema symptoms,while penetrating needling takes a quicker action and produces a more significant effect in ceasing itching.
