摘　　要：目的观察三棱针散刺与梅花针叩刺对气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的神经肌电图相关指标的影响。方法 60例气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为三棱针组和梅花针组,每组30例。三棱针组采用三棱针散刺治疗,梅花针组采用梅花针叩刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后感觉和运动神经传导速度、潜伏期及诱发电位波幅的变化。结果两组治疗后感觉和运动神经传导速度、潜伏期及诱发电位波幅与同组治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后感觉和运动神经传导速度、潜伏期及诱发电位波幅比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三棱针散刺和梅花针叩刺均无法改善受损神经功能,且两者之间没有明显区别。Objective To observe the effects of three-edged needle scattered needling and plum blossom needle tapping on related electroneuromyographic indicators in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomized to three-edged needle and plum blossom needle groups,with 30 cases in each group.The three-edged needle group received three-edged needle scattered needling and the plum blossom needle group,plum blossom needle tapping.Sensory nerve conduction velocities,motor nerve conduction velocities,latent periods and evoked potential amplitudes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result There were no statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in sensory nerve conduction velocity,motor nerve conduction velocity,latent period and evoked potential amplitude in the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant posttreatment differences in sensory nerve conduction velocity,motor nerve conduction velocity,latent period and evoked potential amplitude between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both three-edged needle scattered needling and plum blossom needle tapping cannot improve the functions of the injured nerves with no significant differences between the two treatments.
