摘 要:电缆在线状态的监测与判断,关系到电网系统的安全运行,为此设计了一种基于无线红外传感器电缆状态在线检测系统。给出了监测系统总体的层次结构与设计方案,系统的硬件部分由上位机、串口服务器、数据采集器及布置于电缆附近的无线红外传感器组成,分别介绍了各组成模块的功能;软件流程设计分为三个层次,即主控程序、电缆状态监控层及数据图形显示层,并基于软件通信与在线监测数据处理,实现对电缆状态的准确监测。实验结果表明,提出系统设计无论是在小样本还是在大样本的条件下,电缆故障监控准确率都优于传统监测系统。The detection and judgment of cable on-line state is related to the safe operation of power grid system,so an on- line detection system based on wireless infrared sensor is designed. The overall hierarchical structure and scheme of the monitoring system are given. The hardware part of the system is composed of PC,serial server,data acquisition device and wireless infrared sensor arranged near the cable. The functions of each module are introduced respectively. The software flow design is divided into three levels,that is,main control program and cable condition monitoring. Layer and data graphics display layer,and based on software communication and on-line monitoring data processing,to achieve accurate monitoring of cable status. The experimental results show that the proposed system is superior to the traditional monitoring system in terms of both small samples and large samples.
