摘 要:针对井下作业试油井场的落地油泥砂,在微生物处理前采用热碱洗涤法对其进行预处理,以回收原油,缩短降解周期。通过实验选择碱剂,考察碱液浓度、洗涤温度、搅拌转速、搅拌时间等因素对洗涤效率的影响,来获取热碱洗涤的技术参数。结果表明:当油泥砂初始含油率为10%,选择质量分数为3%的碱剂2溶液、搅拌温度为60℃、搅拌转速为60 r/min、搅拌时间为60 min、液固比为1∶1、洗涤次数为2时,原油回收率最高,可达50.33%。热碱洗涤显著降低了油泥砂中的石油类物质含量,油泥砂经过酸液中和后呈中性,不影响后续的微生物降解,并且减轻了微生物降解的压力。For the failed oily sludge in the testing well site of downhole operation, it is pretreated by the hot alkali washing method before microbial treatment to recycle oil and shorten the degradation cycle. The alkali agent is selected by experiments, and the effects of factors, such as alkali concentration, washing temperature, stirring rotation speed and time, on the washing efficiency are investigated to obtain the necessary technical parameters. The results show that if the initial oil content of oily sludge is 10%, the crude oil recovery rate will be the highest when the mass fraction of alkali agent 2 solution is 3%,the stirring temperature is 60℃,the stirring rotate speed is 60 r/min,the stirring time is 60 min, the liquid- solid ratio is 1:1 and the washing times are twice, which can reach to 50.33%. Hot alkali washing significantly reduces the content of petroleum substances in oily sludge. It is neutral and can reduce the pressure of microbial degradation after acid neutralization,and it will not affect subsequent microbial degradation.
