摘 要:基于鼠笼异步电机直接转矩控制理论,推导了鼠笼异步电机相应的数学模型并搭建了逆变器模块、电压电流转换模块以及磁链和转矩模块,提出了鼠笼异步电动机直接转矩控制方案,对异步电动机进行仿真实验。通过仿真得到鼠笼异步电机电压、电流、转速、转矩以及磁链的仿真波形,由波形图可以看出直接控制转矩控制鼠笼异步电机的效果非常显著,也验证了转矩控制系统的正确性。同时也验证了直接转矩控制具有结构简单,转矩响应迅速,对电机参数依赖程度低。The squirrel cage asynchronous motor direct torque control based on the theory,deduced the corresponding mathematica model of squirrel cage induction motor and build the inverier module,voltage and current conversion module and the module of flux and torque,proposed direct torque squirrel cage asynchronous motor control scheme,the simulation experiment of the asynchronous electric machine.The simulation waveforms of voltage,current,speed,torque and flux linkage of squirrel cage asynchronous motor are obtained through simulation.From the waveform diagram,we can see that the effect of direct torque control of squirrel cage asynchronous motor is very significant,and also verify the correctness of torque control system.It also proves that direct torque control has simple structure,rapid torque response and low dependence on motor parameters.
