摘　　要：基于小微企业评级的视角,分析我国央行内部(企业)评级的现状和存在的问题,从定性评级指标的选取和评级指标权重的确定两个方面提出小微企业评级指标体系的优化方案。建议进一步完善适合我国宏观调控需要、与我国金融市场发展相适应的央行内部(企业)评级体系,以客观公正的评级体系为基础,以高质量的企业数据为保障,以评级结果的应用为导向。Based on the perspective of small and micro enterprises rating, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems for the Central Bank of China internal (corporate) rating, and puts forward the optimization plan for the rating indicator system of small and micro enterprises from the two aspects:the selection of qualitative rating indicators and the determination of the weight of rating indicators. It is suggested to further perfect the internal (corporate) rating system of the People's Bank of China that is suitable for China's macro-control needs and in line with the development of China's financial market, which is based on the objective and fair rating system, guaranteed by high-quality enterprise data and oriented by the application of rating results.
